Andy is an Amsterdam-based DJ and the project lead of possibilities open studio (pos) in Amsterdam West, guiding the foundation’s growth in close collaboration with a collective of artists and organizers.
With roots in classical music and a curiosity for the new, she moves fluidly across tempos and genres, creating sets that are both unpredictable and resonant. Eclectic, fearless, and alive with purpose, her mixes blend rhythmic, genre-blurring, mainly UK-descendant and bass- and percussion driven electronic music, rooted in house, dub, and techno, reinterpreting genres to create new experiences.
After countless hours of listening and dancing, Andy taught herself to DJ in Rotterdam towards the end of 2022. She played her first shows at local underground parties, often as the only female DJ among her many male friends from her Delft community. But since 2024 her career took off, leading to performances at radio stations, clubs, parties, and festivals across Amsterdam and the Netherlands, including Lofi, Tilla Tec, and appearances at Dekmantel x IsBurning, Lente Kabinet, Breakfast Club and Wildeburg.
