A long overdue Thavius Beck appreciation post, he’s delivered his excellent album Cosmic Noise a while ago on the infamous Dutch record label U-Trax. If you appreciate the weirder side of hip-hop & electronica, this album is for you. Due to delays at the pressing plant, you can now finally get a hold of the vinyl (2 x 180 gram coloured vinyl, gatefold sleeve) via the U-Trax Bandcamp, with the amazing hand painted art work by the NYC artist Sfera Louis. But it also comes as an awesome cassette or CD and is out on all streaming platforms:
