Mauro Moreno is a DJ and producer based and raised in Utrecht, the Netherlands. With his friend and fellow DJ Julian Alexander, Mauro released under the moniker JAMM on SlapFunk records with more releases are to come. Since 2022 he’s officially part of the infamous Slapfunk crew as one of their few residents.
Moreno is driven by a fanatic passion for the groove and digs deep into the past for the best underground records. He is a proper collector and has acquired a deep understanding of the vast history of dance music. This knowledge is reflected in his huge record collection he likes to showcase on the dancefloors.
His dj-sets standout because of funky rhythms and swinging drums and whether it’s techno or house he’s playing; he always delivers. As a true lover of the scene – both legal and illegal – he knows how to move and shake the dancefloor.
