mul/ANNA is a DJ based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Her urge to make people dance is fueled by an insatiable appetite for bass and percussion infused in genres such as breakbeat, jungle and hard-hitting electro.
It’s important to her that people feel safe and fully can be themselves on the dance floor, that’s why she started her own mix and event series BUMBU. Inspired by her Indonesian heritage, BUMBU is her vehicle and platform where she invites likeminded friends and peers. Next to BUMBU mul/ANNA started her Miso Mixtapes, where she interviews music industry professionals and artists in an informal setting about the underground scene.
In her driving DJ sets mul/ANNA always channels that energy that will ultimately make your booty shake. mul/ANNA has shared the bill with Mia Koden, DJ Fuck Off, mad miran, Amor Satyr, Blawan and more at renowned clubs and festivals like Draaimolen, Dekmantel Selectors, Radion, Wildeburg, WAS., The Crave, Poing and Garage Noord to name a few.
